1. Have a science and engineering background, college degree or above; have at least basic professional knowledge in law, machinery, etc.; 2. Be interested in engaging in intellectual property work, love learning, and be able to study hard problems calmly; 3. Be calm in dealing with things and have the spirit to face difficulties at work; 4. Have the ability to independently write high-quality Chinese patent application responses to OA and handle reexaminations; 5. Strong logic, quick thinking, good communication skills, and able to flexibly handle various patent-related needs and problems of customers; 6. Able to withstand work pressure and intensity. Candidates with more than 1 year of working experience in the same field are preferred; 7. Applicants who have taken the patent agent qualification examination or have work experience will be given priority.
